About
Otway Chef was created by husband and wife duo Andy and Rachel Walker who both grew up regionally at the foot of the Otways in Victoria, Australia.
Andy has been a Chef for over 16 years and in that time, has been Head Chef at many famous restaurants such as Beacon Point in Apollo Bay on the Great Ocean Road and has been featured in The Age Good Food Guide.
Rachel loves to cook, but she loves to create dishes with maximum flavour but little effort. Having two young children it is also important to us to get incredible taste with real, natural ingredients and not use preservatives or enhancers.
Our spice rubs and infusions have been used in our personal cooking for years but we would like to invite you to experiment, to play and to try new things with our Otway Chef range.
